The Friends & Family Fun Relay is at the heart of our event.
Families and friends of all ages (4 years to 18 years) and fitness levels run and swim with a special spirit of camaraderie and friendly competition. Heats are grouped by ages and fitness levels, ensuring everyone has a great time just doing their best.
Time: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
3 people per team, families and friends of all ages
There are two heats available:
Heat A) 800 m run - 100 m swim - 800 m run
Heat B) 400 m run - 50 m swim - 400 m run
Post-race snacks and drinks are included, as well as a gift bag courtesy of Johnson & Johnson Inc., a t-shirt and a souvenir team photo. After the race, enjoy the Family Fund Expo in the inner track - complete with an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, disc jockey, great snacks and many other fun activities and games.
Minimum contribution per team: The cost is $75 dollars for a Friends & Family team of 3 participants.
